1. Prizes
There are two (2) double passes to the Parachute Festival 2011
to be won. Each double pass gives entry to two (2) people to attend
the Parachute Festival 2011, from the 28th through to 31st January
2011.
There is one (1) double pass to attend the Weet-Bix All Blacks
Campaign shoot to be won. The double pass gives entry to two (2)
people to attend the Weet-Bix All Blacks Campaign shoot in Auckland
on Wednesday 19th January 2011.
There are 20 individual entries to a 2011 Weet-Bix Tryathlon
event to be won. Complimentary Weet-Bix Tryathlon entries can be
used to enter any one (1) event of the 2011 Weet-Bix tryathlon
series.

- Wellington 13th February 2011
- Hastings 16th February 2011
- Auckland St Heliers 20th February 2011
- Dunedin 27th February 2011
- Nelson 6th March 2011
- Christchurch 13th March 2011
- Auckland - North Shore 20th March 2011
- Palmerston North 23rd March 2011
- Tauranga 27th March 2011
- New Plymouth 30th March 2011
Prize winners will be drawn on Friday 14th January 2011 at
9.00am.
Prize Winners will be notified by Sanitarium to the contact
details provided by the prize-winning registered user. The judges'
decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered
into.
Prizes will be mailed / couriered directly to prize-winners,
using the mailing address provided in their competition entry.
Prizes will be delivered within seven (7) days from when the prize
winner was drawn.
The prizes or any part of them are not negotiable, transferable
or redeemable for cash or any other equivalent.
Prize winners will be responsible for their own travel and
accommodation for all prizes.
2. Competition
The competition commences on Wednesday 22nd December 2011 at
11.59am and the competition closes on Thursday 13th January 2011 at
11:59pm.
Sanitarium reserves the right to terminate or change the
competition or its terms or any or all of the prizes at any time
without notice. We recommend that you routinely review these terms
and conditions.
The Promoter is New Zealand Health Association Limited trading as
Sanitarium Health & Wellbeing Company ("Sanitarium"). The
Promoter's address is 124 Pah Road, Royal Oak, Auckland, New
Zealand.
3. Entry
Entry is limited to one entry per person per prize. Entry into
this competition deems acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Information on how to enter this competition forms part of these
terms and conditions. You agree to comply with the rules of this
competition and you participate at your own risk. Everything on
this website related to this competition provided "as is" without
any warranty of any kind. In order to enter this competition, it is
your responsibility to procure access to the Internet, to pay any
costs associated with that access and to acquire any hardware
and/or software necessary to utilise the content on this
website.
Entrants under 18 years of age must have the consent of their
parent or guardian to enter the competition. If you are under the
age of 18 years, you agree to seek parental or guardian consent to
access and use this website and to participate in any competition
related to this website.
Entry into this competition is open to all New Zealand residents
except employees and immediate family members of Sanitarium and
Sanitarium's advertising and promotional agencies. "Immediate
family members" mean spouses, parents, siblings, children and
grandparents.
By entering into this competition you consent and will allow
Sanitarium and/or its related companies and/or subsidiaries to
collect, retain, use and or disclose personal information about you
to third parties, including, but not limited to the prize supplier
and/or as required by New Zealand regulatory authorities. This
personal information may be collected, retained and securely held
without compensation, including your name and address, for the
purpose that you provide it. Entry into this competition is
conditional on you providing your personal details to Sanitarium.
You have the right to access your personal information held about
you and request correction of any errors in it pursuant to the
Privacy Act 1993.
4. Your rights and obligations
You agree that you will not use this website for any purpose
that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. You
agree that you will not use this website to transmit or upload any

that breach any laws including intellectual property or privacy
rights, interfere with or disrupt this website or attempt to gain

associated with it. Sanitarium, in conjunction with its elected
